Refund policy

Returns
We handle returns on a case-by-case basis. The buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.

We "ifivefashionhouse" accept returns within 14 days of receiving the item. If 14 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept the unworn, unwashed, eligible items or defective merchandise with original attached tag within 14 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges. You are responsible for return shipping fees. Once your return item has been received, please allow 10 to 14 days for the processing of your return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and tags must not be removed.

Please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment). We do apply returns to the tender it was purchased with.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International orders do not qualify for free returns or merchandise exchanges. The buyer is responsible for return international shipping charges. Orders returned will receive a refund for the merchandise but not duties, taxes or tariffs.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping
Before returning your product within the 14 days return policy, you should send us an email at info@fashionhouse.com for further instructions

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you fail to pay shipping charges on returns, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
